Online ordering has opened for yearbooks for the current school year. Yearbooks cost $13 and can be personalized (optional) with your child’s picture on the cover for an additional $5. To place an order, visit and enter our school code is: 11663718.

Country Springs Passes – Fall 2017

Country Springs passes are on sale again starting Friday, October 6th until Friday, October 27th. Click here for the information flyer and order form. The restriction dates and the expiration date are included.

Picture Retake Day Fall 2017

Picture retake day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, beginning at 9 AM. If you missed the first picture day, you can order online using the link below or by sending a note with your child requesting an order form.

Fun Run 2017

Woodside Fun Run is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH!!!

On Friday, September 29th, each grade will participate together for 15 minutes during their lunch recess. (Exact times for each grade will be sent home next week). The object is to KEEP MOVING for 15 minutes and have fun! Families are encouraged to attend and cheer their child on during their run. Make signs, bring noise makers, and have fun!

Remember, if each child collects $30 we will reach our goal of $20,000! We have lots of great prizes starting with just one pledge.  You can earn even more prizes for collecting $30, $85 or $150.  Our TOP FUNDRAISING STUDENTS will receive Target gift cards!

Please turn all pledges into your teacher by Friday morning.  Make all checks payable to Woodside Home and School. If you have more than one child please send separate checks if possible.  If sending one check, please clearly indicate on the check how much should be applied to each child to make prize distribution run smoothly!

Arrive early to cheer on your kids and try to carpool, ride a bike, or walk as parking is always packed for this fun event.

Box Tops and More News

Another school year is coming to a close, and YOU raised over $1600 for Woodside in Box Tops and Labels this year. Woo-hoo! Now is the final call for Campbell’s Labels for Education as August is the end of their program. Get all your Labels and Box Tops in NOW for our summer submission – but first recycle any expired Box Tops. Keep saving Box Tops over the summer for a big start to the 2017-2018 school year!

Summer Bridge Books – 2017

Summer is just around the corner! Help your child avoid summer learning loss and prepare for the school year ahead with the new and improved, award-winning Summer Bridge Activities® workbooks.

Woodside Home & School is partnering with The Learning Shop to promote summer learning through Summer Bridge Activities. Research indicates that over the summer most children could lose 60-70% of what they learned during the school year. Summer Bridge Activities make it easy for parent and child to practice and review what they have learned and also preview the upcoming school year. Summer Bridge Activities was created by classroom teachers and is based on national and state standards. Each book includes 15-minute daily activities in reading, writing, math, and language arts with bonus activities in geography and science. The books are available for pre-kindergarten through seventh grade.

Please print and submit this order form by May 24th. Books will be delivered to your child’s classroom in late May/early June and a portion of the proceeds will also benefit Woodside Home & School! The cost of each workbook is $15.76 plus tax.


Final Traditional Table: April 2017

As you probably already know, due to low participation, The Traditional Table fundraising program will not return for the 2017-2018 school year. However, we have one more order for the Traditional Table before the program ends! This is a great chance to stock your freezer full of summer grilling meats like burgers, brats, hot dogs & chicken breasts!

The last order is due Tuesday, April 25, which is right after we return from spring break. Make it easy on yourself and place your order and send in your check now, so you don’t forget when we get back! Please order at and then send your check into school by April 25. Pick up orders at school on Thursday, May 4 from 4-5 pm in the Gym.
