Family Fun Night 2017 Coordinator & Volunteer Positions

Family Fun Night is in serious need of help in several key areas:
  1. Silent Auction Coordinator: We are looking for someone to ASSIST with Silent Auction Coordination this year with the intent of taking it over next year. Duties include reviewing and revising our auction list, coordinating volunteers, contacting businesses for donations, organizing donations, coordinating the Silent Auction during Family Fun Night, and ensuring all winners receive their items after the event.   2. Concessions Coordinator: Our current coordinator will be unavailable the evening of Family Fun Night. We are in need of someone that can assist with purchasing concessions before the event, work with Woodside staff to organize the concession area, and coordinate volunteers the night of the event.   3. Raffle Basket Assembly: We are transitioning from grade-level to CLASS raffle baskets this year and need volunteers to assemble each basket. This is something that can be done in the comfort of your home! Sign up at http://signup.com/go/p7bd1w
  4. Silent Auction Volunteers: We are also in immediate need of several volunteers that are able to contact businesses to request donations and/or pick up donations. Each volunteer will be responsible for contacting no more than ten (10) businesses. Contacts and pickups can be completed at ANY TIME between now and the dates specified on each signup (the dates on signup.com indicate the due date of each task).
