It’s likely you have some New Year’s Resolutions that involve things like eating healthier or taming your family budget! Did you know that The Traditional Table can help you do both?
Our school offers a wonderful grocery program called The Traditional Table. All the products we offer start with organically grown produce and pasture raised animals, and contain limited sugar, healthy fats, and no artificial ingredients or Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). And because we work directly with farmers, producers, and wholesalers, prices are LESS THAN RETAIL for the same or similar products! This means that organic food really IS AFFORDABLE for the average family! Even with those saving to your family, our school earns up to 20% of the sales!
Orders are due Tuesday, Jan 24. Just order at www.awhatmom.com/woodside and then send your check into school by Jan 24.
Pick up orders at school on Thursday, Feb 2 from 4-5 pm in the Gym.
If you have any questions please contact Colleen Boehm at 262-820-2250 or email@example.com.
Who likes prizes?!? Put 10 (TEN) Box Tops in a small plastic bag, write your name on the bag, and turn it in to the office. There will be a drawing every Friday through Feb 17, and each week five lucky winners will get to choose a prize. There are lots of fun things to be won, so turn in those Box Tops!
Please throw out expired Box Tops, and those missing expiration dates. Snack size plastic bags work great for 10 Box Tops, and we reuse those bags for submissions to the company. Sharpie works great for putting your child’s name on the baggie.
Remember Campbell’s Soup Labels For Education are being discontinued. Please send in any labels and put them in your teacher’s classroom box. They do not count for the weekly contest, sorry.
Turn in your baggies of 10 ASAP to the office to get multiple chances to win. Thank you for supporting Woodside!
Here’s a Box Tops Update from our Coordinators:
On 12/15/2016, Box Tops For Education sent a check to Woodside for $1,599.50 for Box Tops earnings May 2016 through Nov 2016.
Campbell’s Labels for Education continues to wind down, so any labels should be turned in to the classroom boxes so we can submit them.
Box Tops next submission is end of February. We have two more contests planned for the end of the year: a weekly one starting soon and a grade-level one closer to the end of the year – so stay tuned for future updates!
Save the Date for Woodside’s Sky Zone Jump Night!!

Woodside Home & School sponsors a few Scholastic Book Fairs throughout the school year. The book fair supports literacy and the students are always excited when we turn our LGA into a Themed Mini-Bookstore for a few days! Our November Book Fair gives parents the opportunity to do holiday shopping for students and/or teachers & are welcome to shop the book fair during school hours. The November Fair is special in that it has many holiday gift items not offered on any other fair! One you don’t want to miss!
The Book Fair Committee is always looking for energetic volunteers who can give a few hours during the school day/night to help restock books, setup or take down and help bag or ring up customers. Volunteering at our book fairs is a fun, rewarding and easy way to get involved in the activities at our school. Sign up for multiple shifts and put a dent in your Christmas purchases!
The book fair will occur Monday November 18, 21 and 22. Setup and take down volunteers are needed on November 17 and 22.
